▶ As of December 1, 2023, commeting and writing on community posts no longer result in time chamsims. Instead, the amount of time chamsims received when checking attendance has increased.

- 아이돌챔프 앱 실행 후 로그인이 되었는지 확인 후 광고 시청
- 동영상을 시청하기에 적절한 환경인지 확인. (WIFI 또는 데이터 접속)
- 동영상을 본 후, 바로(1초 내) 이어서 다음 동영상 시도하기보다는 약간의 텀(2~3초)를 두고 시도.
- 광고 업체 사정에 따라 물량이 없을 수 있습니다. 이 경우 광고 시청에 어려움을 겪을 수 있는 점 양해 부탁 드립니다.
▶ 아이폰의 경우 광고식별자 추적이 제한된 경우 시청이 어려울 수 있습니다.
- 광고 식별자 추적 제한 해제는 [iOS: 설정>개인정보보호>(맨 아래)광고>광고추적제한] 에서 가능합니다.

▶ 고객님의 휴대폰을 한국어로 설정해주시고, 대한민국 ip를 이용하신다면 한국어로 자동 설정되오니 참고 부탁드립니다.
